  • To RSVP for the wedding, please visit the RSVP page on our website. You will find a form where you can enter your name, contact information, and the number of guests attending. Kindly submit your response by the specified RSVP deadline to help us with our planning.

  • The invitations and save-the-dates are addressed to specify if you have a plus-one or if the invitation is for you only. We kindly request that you adhere to the stated invitation to help us manage guest counts and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. If there are any questions about this, feel free to reach out to us.

  • All rooms are reserved by us, that means that you cannot go online and reserve your own room, we will do it for you. Please indicate on your RSVP if you would like to stay and you will receive more information around the logistics. If you have any requests or restrictions let us know and we will try to honor them.

  • Yes there is parking for the Madrona Hotel that all guests (even those staying separately) will be able to use.

  • The event is black-tie optional, which means suits for men and longer dresses/evening fabrics for women. See this, or other articles online for the meaning of the term. We also want you to have fun with what you wear so don’t be afraid to wear anything funky or cool. The weather will be the 70s-80s during the day and cool to 60s at night, there will be heat lamps/we will be partially inside in the evening. The ceremony will take place on grass so be mindful of stilettos.

  • Some of this is a WIP, the website will hold the latest information. Anticipate a cocktail party or informal dinner on the night of the 7th + some sort of outdoor yoga, walk, or hike on the morning of the 8th. The wedding is expected to go on late, so we may also do an informal breakfast Sunday Morning. We want to spend time with the people we love πŸ’•

  • Yes. There is a noise ordinance in the county so we have to move the party inside starting at 10 PM. From 10-2 am we will be inside the lobby/restaurant/bar of the Madrona. We will be able to play music, hang out, dance, drink, and eat cute snacks.
